Can I switch from monthly to annual later?

Yes. Switching to annual at any point pro-rates the remaining month. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.

What happens when I cancel?

Pro features stop at the end of the billing period. Your data is kept untouched. You can re-subscribe anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes — 50% off Pro with a valid student email. Email us at hello@ensaria.com from your school address.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Within the first 30 days, ask and we refund. No forms, no exit survey, no friction.

Where is my data stored?

EU only. Primary database is in Frankfurt; backups are in Helsinki. We use Vercel (EU regions), Neon (EU), and Cloudflare's EU edge. Full list on the subprocessors page.

Can I export everything?

Yes. A single JSON file with every task, block, project, client, payment, and setting. From Settings → Data. Takes about 10 seconds to generate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit, and Apple/Google Pay. Stripe handles all payments — we never see your card.

Do you have a team plan?

Not yet. Ensaria is built around solo work. If you're a team of 2–5 looking for shared planning, we'd like to hear from you — email hello@ensaria.com.
