Terms of Service

1. The service

Ensaria is a planning assistant for freelancers and solo founders. You use it to track work, time, money, and projects. We provide it; you use it.

2. Your account

You sign in with a magic link or an OAuth provider. You're responsible for keeping access to that account. We're responsible for not losing your data.

3. Your data is yours

You own everything you put into Ensaria. You can export it anytime as JSON from Settings → Data. You can delete your account; we keep a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind, then it's gone for good.

4. Payment

Free is free. Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. If you cancel, your subscription stops at the end of the billing period — no early-termination fees, no exit surveys.

Founders is a one-time payment for lifetime Pro access. It's limited to the first 100 paying users.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Ensaria to do illegal things. Don't try to break it. Don't resell it without permission. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules, but we'll try to talk to you first.

6. Liability

Ensaria is provided as-is. We make our best effort to keep it running and your data safe — backups in two EU regions, restore tests weekly. But we're a small operation; if something breaks, we'll fix it as fast as we can.
